01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bajl 999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bajl 999 platform — including its casino games, sportsbook, live casino, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

bajl 999 operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games and sports betting services to players located in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajl 999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the bajl 999 platform and close your account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

bajl 999 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside of Bangladesh. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and bajl 999 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from that access.

02 Account Registration

To access bajl 999's casino games, sports betting markets, and payment services, you must create a registered player account. Registration is free of charge. The following conditions apply to all bajl 999 account registrations:

• Each individual may hold one active account only. Creating multiple accounts (also known as multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Your account username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account.
• bajl 999 reserves the right to require additional identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any account review.
• Account registration is only open to individuals who are: (a) 18 years of age or older; (b) physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration; (c) not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the bajl 999 platform.

bajl 999 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application or close any account without being required to provide a reason. In the event of account closure initiated by bajl 999 where no breach of these Terms has occurred, any verified cash balance held in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

03 Age Restriction & KYC Verification

bajl 999 applies mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification to all player accounts. KYC verification is required before bajl 999 will process any withdrawal from a player account. The KYC process requires the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobscured scan or photograph of a valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID), passport, or government-issued driving licence. The document must show your full legal name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Age: The identity document provided must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Documents that do not display a date of birth will not be accepted.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation confirming that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for deposits is registered in your legal name and linked to your National ID.
• Proof of Address (where requested): A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address in Bangladesh. This document must be dated within the last 90 days.

bajl 999 processes KYC submissions within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing documents. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. bajl 999 does not charge any fee for KYC verification processing.

By submitting KYC documents, you consent to bajl 999 storing and processing your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All KYC documents are handled with strict confidentiality and are used solely for account verification and fraud prevention purposes.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

bajl 999 processes all player deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted on the bajl 999 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bajl 999 does not currently accept international card payments, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency deposits.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account tier and KYC verification status. Verified accounts may request increased deposit limits by contacting player support.
• Deposits are credited to your bajl 999 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. bajl 999 is not responsible for delays caused by mobile wallet provider processing times.
• bajl 999 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay terms for details.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may result in account review.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to method availability. bajl 999 reserves the right to require withdrawal via a specific method for fraud prevention purposes.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for fully verified accounts is approximately 30 minutes from the time of approval. Processing times may extend during periods of high transaction volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal requests that include unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds will be placed on hold until wagering requirements are fulfilled or the bonus balance is forfeited.
• bajl 999 does not charge a standard withdrawal fee. Withdrawals are processed in BDT with no conversion applied by bajl 999.
• bajl 999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of ongoing fraud prevention and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.

05 Bonus Terms & Promotional Offers

bajl 999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms. Where a specific promotional offer communicates different terms, those specific terms shall apply in addition to (and, where there is a conflict, in place of) the general terms set out below.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited as bonus funds and is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the relevant bonus offer before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. The specific wagering contribution rates for each game category will be communicated in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within the time period specified in the bonus offer, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed from your account without compensation.

• bajl 999 VIP Programme: VIP tier bonuses, cashback percentages, withdrawal limits, and personalised offers are governed by the VIP Programme Terms communicated to players individually upon tier progression. VIP status is reviewed periodically and may be adjusted based on activity levels.

bajl 999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the contact details registered on their account.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bajl 999 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajl 999 platform:

1. Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one bajl 999 account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
2. Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a bajl 999 account. Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits without a legitimate dispute basis.
3. Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game or betting market in a manner designed to give any party an unfair advantage, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting to influence market prices.
4. Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, macros, AI-assisted tools, or any form of automated betting or decision-making software on any bajl 999 game or betting market.
5. Exploitation of technical errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any software error, miscalculated odds, delayed price updates, or other technical malfunction to gain a financial benefit that would not otherwise be available under normal conditions.
6. Money laundering: Using bajl 999 as a vehicle to place, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. bajl 999 complies fully with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
7. Underage registration: Registering or attempting to register on behalf of any person under the age of 18, or providing false age information during registration or KYC verification.
8. Abusive conduct: Using threatening, offensive, racist, or otherwise abusive language toward bajl 999 staff or other players in any communication channel, including live chat, email, or any social platform associated with bajl 999.

bajl 999 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, bajl 999 may temporarily suspend the account and restrict access to funds pending the outcome. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, bajl 999 may void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, forfeit the entire account balance, and permanently close the account. bajl 999 may also report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

bajl 999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the player or on their behalf.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to an inactivity fee of ৳100 per month after a 30-day notice period, until the balance is exhausted or the player reactivates the account.

Voluntary Account Closure: Players may request the closure of their bajl 999 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bajl 999 will process any remaining verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, bajl 999 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the player from accessing or reopening an account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Reactivation: Accounts closed for reasons other than self-exclusion or permanent ban may be eligible for reactivation upon review. 08 Responsible Gaming

bajl 999 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players in Bangladesh. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all bajl 999 account holders at no charge and with no waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your account to control your spending. Deposit limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
